We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer with a profound understanding of ammonia compressor technology to join their dynamic team. As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for their prestigious projects in the fertilizer industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the mechanical engineering aspects of projects related to ammonia plants, with a primary focus on compressor technology

• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution and commissioning

Job requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in mechanical engineering roles within the fertilizer EPC/technology/licensing industry, with a focus on designing and optimizing ammonia compressor systems
• In-depth knowledge of ammonia plant processes, equipment, and industry standards
• Proficiency in engineering software tools and simulation techniques for modeling and analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex engineering scenarios
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
